Funding AgenciesMost corporate sponsors and SPARC don't sponsor individuals but rather teams or events. Imagine what the NZUni weekend could be like with some corporate sponsorhip/prizemoney, and funding for our elite unicyclists to attend international events like Unicon. And an advertising budget to recruit more unicyclists into the sport, into schools. Ken Looi had a look through the SPARC website (formerly Hilary Commision): I think if the NZ Darts association and the NZ Rodeo cowboys assoc has SPARC affiliation why can't we?
